Disneyland Paris is set to launch a new virtual queue system for select character meet-and-greets beginning April 18, 2025. The initiative aims to enhance guest experience by reducing physical waiting times, similar to the successful system already implemented at the Hero Training Center in Avengers Campus.

The first character to be included in the new system will be Stitch at Videopolis, as part of the Disney Music Festival. Over the following weeks, the service will expand to include encounters with Mickey Mouse, Olaf, Disney Princesses, and Star Wars characters at their respective locations throughout the parks.

To utilize the system, guests will need to download the official Disneyland Paris mobile app and link their ticket, Annual Pass, or hotel package to their account. Reservations for time slots can be made once the ticket is scanned at park entrance, with notifications sent as the appointed time approaches.

The system allows guests to book up to five different character meet-and-greets per day, though only one reservation can be active at a time. Each guest is limited to meeting each character once per day to maximize availability for all visitors.
Park officials note that guests with single-park tickets can only book meet-and-greets in the park where their ticket was scanned, while those with multi-park tickets can make reservations in either park. Assistance will be available for guests without smartphones, though this is subject to availability.
