LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort in Günzburg is getting a magical addition: Merlin Entertainments and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences announced a strategic partnership on Monday to create the world’s first LEGO Harry Potter themed area along with the first-ever Harry Potter themed accommodation.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone for LEGOLAND Deutschland, making it the first LEGOLAND park worldwide to receive a complete themed area featuring a third-party license. The new Wizarding World will bring together the magical world of the young wizard Harry Potter with the world of LEGO bricks.

Largest Single Investment in Merlin History
“The LEGO Harry Potter area and the world’s first Harry Potter accommodation represent Merlin’s largest single investment in an existing location to date,” explains Manuela Stone, Managing Director of LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort.
Stone emphasizes: “Since opening LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort over 20 years ago, we have been creating happy moments for families. We are now raising the bar even higher by creating a magical new land that brings the Wizarding World to life in the form of LEGO bricks.”
