Disneyland Paris is bringing the enigmatic Agatha Harkness to life in its new nighttime spectacular, Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics, debuting at Walt Disney Studios Park on November 23. The immersive show marks the character’s arrival at the Marvel Avengers Campus.

Agatha Harkness, portrayed by Kathryn Hahn in the Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) series WandaVision and its spin-off Agatha All Along, gained acclaim for her complex role in Wanda Maximoff’s story.

In WandaVision, Agatha infiltrates the town of Westview, New Jersey, to investigate the chaos magic wielded by Maximoff, ultimately revealing herself as a powerful witch with a dark agenda. Her attempts to seize Wanda’s power end in her defeat, leaving her trapped under her “nosy neighbor” persona, Agnes.

Avengers Campus is a Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)-themed attraction area featured at both Disney California Adventure in California and Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris.

The Agatha All Along spin-off expands on her story, showcasing her escape from Maximoff’s spell and journey to reclaim her powers. She is aided by allies like Lilia Calderu and Jennifer Kale as she faces trials on the legendary Witches’ Road.

Avengers Campus, inspired by the MCU, is set in the “Marvel Theme Park Universe,” a parallel reality within the MCU multiverse where the Blip and its aftermath never happened.

Fans can expect Doctor Strange: Mystery of the Mystics to explore her storyline further, alongside appearances from key Marvel characters like the Scarlet Witch (Maximoff) and Doctor Strange.
