Auditions are currently being held at Disneyland Paris for stunt performers specializing in “BMX Riders Freestyle Park” and “Mountain Bike Riders Street Trial.” Talented individuals who wish to apply could star in an upcoming show in Walt Disney Studios Park Paris.

Rumors are currently circulating online that park goers may finally experience new entertainment in the former Moteurs… Action! Stunt Show Spectacular arena. The arena massive arena can hold up to 3000 park goers and features a massive stage.

At this point it’s unclear if BMX bike stunts will be the primary focus of the show or just a minor part of it. Disney/Pixar’s Luca features the Portorosso Cup Race. An event encompassing swimming, pasta consumption, and cycling, all combined into a single race. 

Since the original stunt show set’s already present a mediterranean inspired design language, they could be redressed as Portorosso without breaking the bank. Disneyland Paris recently added a Luca themed expansion to Pizzeria Bella Notte in Fantasyland.

Since park goers could enter the arena via the new lake promenade, an Avengers/Luca theming clash could be avoided. 

Please keep in mind that Disney has not confirmed what type of show will be housed in the arena and that this is just speculation.

Interested BMX/Mountain Bike stunt performers can apply here until October 2, 2023. Performers contracts will run from February to September 2024.
