The Efteling Hotel, soon to be rebranded as the Efteling Wonder Hotel, has announced an exciting addition to its themed accommodations with the new Jokie & Jet Suite, set to welcome guests from April 2025. The 53-square-meter suite, located in one of the hotel’s towers, is part of a comprehensive renovation project of the property’s first floor.
The whimsical suite, designed to accommodate up to five guests, draws inspiration from the beloved Carnival Festival attraction and Jokie & Jet’s literary adventures. Notable features include a cabin trunk-shaped closet, confetti-patterned green carpeting, and a unique double balloon bed accessed via a staircase made of suitcases in the night-blue tower room.
“The suite combines playful elements with practical luxury,” says Efteling, highlighting features such as an interactive 3D book that challenges guests to match souvenirs with different countries, illuminated picture frames displaying Jokie & Jet’s friends, and subtle star lighting that activates at night in the tower bedroom.
The renovation project extends beyond the new suite, with the hotel’s Snow White and Cinderella suites also receiving updates to their beds, bathrooms, and decorative elements. These improvements coincide with the hotel’s rebranding and the relocation of its main entrance.

A concealed pull-out bed beneath the floating balloon bed provides sleeping arrangements for a fifth guest.
