Billy Bob’s Buffet in Disney Village is set to increase its dining capacity starting October 22 2023. The previously announced expansion to Billy Bob’s Buffet, a Tex-Mex all-you-can-eat buffet has been completed and Disneyland Paris has shared a first look inside.

The themed establishment, adorned with numerous authentic western decor elements, aims to deliver a combination of Tex-Mex cuisine and a laid-back atmosphere crafted by the Walt Disney Imagineering Paris teams.
Disney Village is currently undergoing a major makeover. The multi-phase transformation project aimed at elevating the overall visitor experience will take several years. Billy Bob’s Buffet is essential to the existing and currently limited Disney Village dining options. It’s worth noting that the establishment will continue to remain accessible to all visitors throughout the ongoing Disney Village re-design and construction work.
