Following the 2021 refurbishment of Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel and the reimagined Disneyland Hotel in 2024, the resort is now turning its attention to Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

While Disney has released concept art of the new cabin design, this is the first time photos have been released of the new interior.

As part of this large scale refurbishment, all bungalows at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch will undergo a gradual replacement, aiming to deliver modern comforts while maintaining the natural setting. Guests can look forward to new interiors inspired by Disney characters, including Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and their mischievous nephews Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby. The addition of Disney characters is part of Disney’s controversial strategy of integrating intellectual property into all new projects.

A prototype bungalow is already in place, enabling Disney’s test and adjust teams to fine-tune the final product. Disneyland Paris has stated that the new accommodations will be “environmentally friendly”, which could translate to better insulation in the cabins. However, this has not yet been confirmed. Like the previous design, the cabins will feature spacious patios, outdoor seating and a grill for barbecuing.

Additionally, new outlets featuring what appears to be USB-C and A charging have been integrated next to the beds in the cabins. Likely aiming to address contemporary hotel guest needs.
