Disneyland Paris is celebrating Earth Month (April) by introducing a new National Geographic photography exhibit, guided tours and a new botanical guide in the official app.

As one of the greenest Disney resort worldwide, Disneyland Paris partakes in the annual Earth Month to raises awareness about environmental protection among its guests and Cast Members.

National Geographic: The Greatest Landscapes   

This free to visit photo exhibition showcases the inspiring work of National Geographic’s amazing photographers. Folks are invited to explore the beautiful treasures of our planet. The photographic journey features a multitude of wonders, including rice fields in Bali, great plains in the Western United States and impressive mountain peaks. Folks can look forward to enjoying the exhibit around Lake Disney near Disney Sequoia Lodge. National Geographic: The Greatest Landscapes will be on display until the end of September 2023.  

Nature Trails at Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch   

Folks also have the chance to explore the Nature Trails at Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. Disneyland Paris Hotel Cast Members provide guided trail tours that focus on biodiversity. Along the way, folks can discover the rose garden, vegetable garden, flower-covered meadows, and heritage orchard at Disney Hotel Cheyenne, as well as the apiary (also known as a bee yard) and various ecosystems that surround Disney Davy Crockett Ranch. It’s a unique way to discover explore Disneyland Paris.

An Educational Experience for Flora & Fauna Enthusiasts at Disneyland Park 

During their visit, park goers can use the official Disneyland Paris mobile app to learn more about the diverse range of plants that inhabit Disneyland Park. Adventureland’s exotic fauna, square trees surrounding Sleeping Beauty Castle, “witch trees” in Frontierland, and 2.5 kilometers of cypress hedges that form the whimsical patterns of Alice’s Curious Labyrinth are just a few highlights park goers can look forward to learning more about in the tour. The horticulture department’s Cast Members put in hard work, on a daily basis, to maintain both parks appearance.

Activities and Workshops for Cast Members  

Cast Members can also partake in several  “climate fresco” workshops. Raising awareness on biodiversity and various ecosystems that can be found across the resort will be the primary focus of of the workshops.
