Pelé Soccer
The first new addition is a Pelé Soccer boutique, expected to open in late May adjacent to the existing Sports Bar & Lounge. The store will be dedicated to the world of football and will pay tribute to the legacy of Brazilian football legend Pelé. Notably, it will mark the brand’s first European location, following existing outposts in New York City, Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, and Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort in California. The boutique is expected to carry a broad selection of football shirts, accessories, vintage-inspired products, and related merchandise.

Disney Wonders
A second retail space, Disney Wonders, is slated to debut in the summer of 2026. The store will be designed around themed areas drawing on the universes of Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel. Its exterior will feature original artwork, while the interior will include two large central chandeliers, each displaying up to 40 art pieces depicting iconic characters and locations. The checkouts will showcase illustrations from Walt Disney Animation Studios, some of which will incorporate animated elements featuring Tinkerbell. The store’s concept is described as a rotating experience, with new products and features introduced each season.

Rounding out the announcements is Casa Giulia, a new Italian restaurant operated by Bertrand Hospitality, scheduled to open toward the end of 2026. The two-story, family-friendly venue will seat 120 guests and will include an outdoor terrace. The menu will focus on classic Italian cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The restaurant will also house a fast-casual counter concept called Giulia Express, offering pizza by the slice, focaccia, pastries, and ice cream, with its own 40-seat outdoor terrace.
