Disney Adventure World is set to open World of Frozen on March 29, 2026, and ahead of the launch, new details have been released about one of the land’s dedicated retail experiences: Arendelle Boutique.

Located adjacent to the Clock Tower at the heart of the Arendelle village, the boutique is built around the fictional backstory of Björn and Thea, a couple of toymakers whose wooden creations reportedly captured the hearts of Anna and Elsa in their youth — earning them the title of official toy suppliers to the Kingdom of Arendelle.

The shop’s interior reflects that narrative, featuring an array of handcrafted wooden toys, chests, sleighs, and music boxes. Among the standout display pieces is a carved wooden replica of Arendelle Castle, complete with miniature figures of Anna, Elsa, and Olaf. Smaller details are woven throughout, including a stuffed puffin said to have been a childhood favorite of Elsa, and a tin soldier figure referencing Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Steadfast Tin Soldier” — a nod to the author whose work, “The Snow Queen,” served as the inspiration for the Frozen franchise.

A pair of wood-carved puppets depicting Anna and Elsa are displayed on the Clock Tower itself, created in-universe by Björn and Thea to commemorate the moment Anna saved her sister through an act of true love.

The level of detail inside the boutique is the result of deliberate effort by Walt Disney Imagineering Paris. Set decorator Amandine Deschamps noted that each accessory was hand-painted using Arendelle’s color palette and graphic motifs. Imagineer Laurent Wicher added that the team created or sourced more than 300 accessories for the land overall — many acquired second-hand or crafted from scratch in their workshop — with a significant number displayed on shelves and decorative ledges throughout the shop.

On the merchandise side, the boutique will carry wooden sculptures, clothing, and goods featuring rosemaling-inspired motifs, a traditional Scandinavian decorative style. A dedicated apparel collection drawing on Nordic dress codes will also be available, with embroidered garments and accessories incorporating floral patterns.

Guests will additionally have the option to send a postcard from a village mailbox situated just outside the shop before moving on through the land.

World of Frozen will be anchored by the Frozen Ever After attraction and character meet-and-greet experiences, making Arendelle Boutique one of several immersive touchpoints across the new area at Disney Adventure World.
