Chessington World of Adventures has announced plans to open the United Kingdom’s first PAW Patrol-themed land in 2026, featuring four new rides including a junior roller coaster designed for young children.

The new Adventure Bay area will replace the former Mexicana section of the park, which included the Scorpion Express roller coaster. According to the resort’s first construction update, demolition work began in March 2025 and has progressed through multiple phases including the removal of existing ride infrastructure and buildings.

Construction milestones reported through July 2025 include the installation of ride bolts and foundations for the new coaster, drainage installation throughout the site, and excavation work for theming elements and building foundations.

While the themed land is scheduled to open in 2026, Chessington introduced PAW Patrol experiences last year (2025), including character meet-and-greet opportunities and newly themed hotel rooms. The PAW Patrol accommodations, which can sleep up to five guests, feature theming based on the children’s television series and include benefits such as priority access to character encounters, early ride access, and pool access.
