Disneyland Paris has announced the upcoming launch of La Forêt Secrète, a new fine dining restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert, set to open its doors on March 7, 2025, at the recently refurbished Disneyland Hotel.

The restaurant, whose name translates to “The Secret Forest,” will mark the third dining establishment within the flagship hotel. Drawing inspiration from Disney’s animated classics, the venue aims to blend haute cuisine with Disney’s signature magical ambiance. Imbert, who has been vocal about his lifelong connection to Disneyland Paris, will oversee the culinary direction.

La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert is poised to become Disneyland Paris’s equivalent to Walt Disney World’s prestigious Victoria & Albert’s restaurant. Much like its American counterpart at Disney’s Grand Floridian, which has earned both the AAA Five Diamond Award and has received a Michelin Star, La Forêt Secrète aims to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience within a Disney resort setting.
The dining experience will offer various prix fixe options, with a three-course menu priced at €140 and a five-course menu at €200. A children’s menu will be available for €70. All prices exclude beverages.

La Forêt Secrète will operate Wednesday through Sunday evenings and will welcome both park visitors and outside guests. Reservations will open to the public on February 19, 2025, with bookings available through the restaurant’s dedicated phone line.

Although the restaurant’s location within the hotel has not been confirmed, it may potentially occupy the space previously home to the Founders Club Restaurant on the Disneyland Hotel’s Castle Club Level.
The opening continues Disneyland Paris’s strategy of elevating its dining offerings, particularly within its flagship hotel property. For reservations and additional information, guests can contact +33 (0)1 60 30 20 50.
Michelin stars represent one of the most prestigious honors in the culinary world, awarded by the Michelin Guide. A restaurant can receive up to three stars, with each star indicating a different level of excellence. One star signifies “a very good restaurant in its category,” two stars mean “excellent cooking, worth a detour,” and three stars indicate “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey.”

These coveted ratings are awarded based on rigorous criteria, including food quality, consistency, culinary technique, and overall dining experience. Michelin inspectors visit restaurants anonymously, often multiple times, to ensure their standards are consistently met. The awarding or removal of even a single star can significantly impact a restaurant’s reputation and business. Subscribe to AirMagique for more news and updates.
