Disneyland Paris will showcase a brand new stunt show centered around Alice in Wonderland this spring.
https://anchor.fm/s/7618f58/podcast/rssDisney has unveiled multiple concepts today, along with the official title: “Alice & The Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland”. The performance blends music with acrobatics.

The classic story has been completely revamped. Park goers can look forward to experiencing a “battle of the bands”: a pop and rock fight between Alice and the Queen of Hearts.

Disneyland Paris describes the show as “wacky”, which is reflected in the costume design and will likely set the mood for the performance. The show will also feature the Mome Raths, who were portrayed as minor characters in the original film resembling flowers.

Furthermore “Acrobats and BMX riders defy the laws of gravity with their limit-pushing, high-flying tricks”. Show attendees can choose between two potential story endings. As Disneyland Paris describes it “Who wins the showdown? Help the Mad Hatter stage the ending of your choice.

Theater of the Stars (Official Renaming)
The show will be performed inside the large show arena at Walt Disney Studios Park, located behind the Avengers Campus.

The arena previously housed the long running Moteurs… Action! Stunt Show Spectacular. Disneyland Paris has renamed the open-air arena to “Theater of the Stars”. Alice & The Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland will premiere this spring.
