Disneyland Paris has released a sneak peak inside Brasserie Rosalie which will be opening this Friday (December 8th, 2023).
https://anchor.fm/s/7618f58/podcast/rssBrasserie Rosalie replaces the former Cafe Mickey location. Placed strategically at the junction between Disney Village and the hotel complex, ensuring large amounts of foot traffic.

According to Disneyland Paris this first phase of the Disney Village 2.0 refurbishment mainly focuses on improving the experience by bringing harmony to the architecture of the area.

The opening of the Brasserie Rosalie marks the first grand step towards Disney Village 2.0. The French brasserie is a two-floor restaurant, which will accommodate 369 seats. According to Imagineers, Rosalie will feature a traditional menu and a contemporary interior design with a little “Disney touch”.

Culinary offerings are in line with typical dishes that one can find in a brasserie. As a starter, guests could order onion soup, avocado and shrimp “cocktail” as a main course, sauerkraut, sliced sausage, and for dessert, an “île flottante” or a chocolate profiterole au chocolat.

Visitors are greeted by a large kinetic chandelier in the restaurants entrance hall. Developed in collaboration with AC3 Studio based in Paris, it’s a unique light sculpture, whose individual components move up and down and can shift in color.

While the teams are busy finishing up their work Disneyland Paris has also released a short video detailing some of the work going on inside Brasserie Rosalie, ahead of the planned soft opening on Friday.
Update: Brasserie Rosalie’s opening hours and full menu have been posted. As always we recommend double checking the official Disneyland Paris app on the day of your visit.
