Update, 13.03.2023: Hulk will be visiting Avengers Campus Paris for a duration of two weeks. During that time Imagineers will continue to test and adjust the exoskeleton technology.
Josh D’Amaro Chairman Disney Parks, Experiences and Products as well as Kevin Feige, President of Marvel Studios announced that “Project Exo” also known as the Hulk will begin making appearances at Avengers Campus in Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris.
The announcement was made during the “Creating Happiness: The Art & Science of Disney Parks Storytelling” at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, on March 10, 2023. Hulk even came out on stage and joined D’Amaro and Feige after talking to actor Mark Ruffalo via a video call.
Disney debuted the Hulk character at the D23 Expo in 2022, he premiered in Disney California Adventure Park that same year. was also on display for the audience at SXSW.
In order to create a full size Hulk character, Imagineering designed a unique exoskeleton used in the costume allows performers to operate large, non-human characters.

The presentation also included a first look at another concept from Disney Imagineers that enables fans have a live conversation with pixie-sized Tinker Bell in a lantern.
Furthermore, the presentation included the unveiling of a brand-new prototype robot which demonstrated its ability to execute dynamic maneuvers, including falling down and getting back up, as well as a somersault.

The robot incorporates motion-capture data to create natural looking performances that can evoke emotion. Most notably, the robot featured bunny ears, leading to speculation that this might be a prototype of Judy Hopps that may debut at the upcoming Zootopia land at Shanghai Disneyland.
