Blueprints for a new Rapunzel inspired tea cups attraction have been leaked by OUTSIDEARS (link to French article).

Now that Avengers Campus Paris has officially opened, fans have been wondering what the future holds. The €2 billion investment plan announced in 2018 by the president of the Walt Disney Company at the time, Bob Iger, announced new 3 themed areas. Including the new Frozen land / Arendale expansion and a brand new lake.

The leaked blueprints and renderings provide a detailed look at a new attraction based on the Rapunzel (Tangled) intellectual property. The tea cups style ride and area will act as a transition between the current Walt Disney Studios Park and the future lake. The lake is also rumored to house the parks future nigh-time show. The tangled tea cups attraction will be located between RC Racer and the new lakeside restaurant.

The attraction will feature the iconic lantern scene from the 2010 film Tangled. The ride system is going to be a tea cups type attraction by the Italian manufacturer Zamperla. According to the plans it will be technically similar to the “Mad Hatter’s Tea Cups” attraction in Disneyland Park. Both will share the same manufacturer.

Unlike the classic tea cup vehicles, park goers will board ride vehicles shaped like wooden boats. These will then twirl underneath the glow of hundreds of lanterns, all housed in a giant gazebo like structure with open sides.

The blueprints also reveal that the area will connect the (to be built) main walkway and Toy Story Playland. It will end between the RC Racer and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop attractions.

A new statue of Woody is also going to be added, similar to other versions found in international Disney Parks.
A new restroom will also be built in between the Cars Road Trip station and new Tangled attraction.

The blueprints focus on the future development of the northwestern part of the lake area. This space is internally codenamed Firefly.
